“Dad, you’re writing a book?”

June 20, 2024 | Jay Hidalgo

That was my youngest son’s question about a month ago when he found out that I indeed was working on my first book. I said, “Yup…sorry I didn’t tell you. I guess I’m bad at self promotion.” 😉

Nevertheless, 3 years after starting this project, I’m happy to announce that my book, “Would They Follow If They Didn’t Have To?”, is ready. I started this project in response to some encouragement from a long time client. We’d been working together for quite some time when he said, “You can only coach so many people at a time. However, if you put your thoughts into a book, more people would benefit.”. That struck a chord, and here we are. My sincere hope is that whoever reads this will learn many of the lessons that I have about leading others well, and that it will encourage us to continue becoming the best leaders we can be.

If you want to check it out, you can do so at Amazon. It’s available in both hard copy and Kindle versions. The links for each are below.

As always, if there’s any way I can be of help, please don’t hesitate to respond to this email or reach out to me at the number below.
