The Barzel Group Leadership Circle
A weekly mastermind group where you will receive on-demand guidance, sharpen your leadership skills, achieve meaningful growth, and do so while participating in a forum that lets you share ideas with leaders like you.
What is a Leadership Circle?
Traditionally, a leadership circle is a group of individuals who come together either within an organization or industry to address complex issues they’re facing. The goal is to provide multiple perspectives on a given topic so each member can find new, productive ways to address it.
A leadership circle provides open dialogue by design and fosters discussions with candor and constructive conflict. This way, participants can focus on seizing future opportunities and addressing future challenges.
More Than Just a Mastermind Group
The Barzel Group Leadership Circle is more than just another mastermind group—it’s a transformative community that elevates your leadership and creates lasting growth in all areas of your life. Within the Leadership Circle, you’ll connect with other leaders who inspire, challenge, and support each other on the long path to excellence.
More Information About the Leadership Circle
The Barzel Group’s Leadership Circle meets once per week on Zoom for one hour. It isn’t a lecture or podcast—it is a real-time, active discussion with 15–20 leaders. Each session explores innovative strategies and addresses real-world challenges in a collaborative setting.
Each meeting is designed to be engaging and provide practical, actionable steps so you can pursue your goals.

Why Choose the Barzel Group?
Iron sharpens iron. We believe that, and to embody that principle, we named our group after the Hebrew word for iron, “biertzel.”
The Barzel Group takes the traditional leadership circle and elevates it to something that can help every member grow. We do it by bringing together some of the sharpest minds in your industry and allowing you to hone each other’s insights.
