Why StratOp?

November 14, 2017 | Jay Hidalgo

In the last few months, many have been asking me about the benefits of StratOp, the strategic and operational planning process I facilitate. Instead of answering that question myself, I’m going to answer it by suggesting you listen to this podcast from my friends at the Paterson Center. (click on the PLAY button below to listen).

In it, Kristin Candella, the Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity in Ft. Collins Colorado, talks about the value of StratOp. Kristen said, “StratOp has been the most transformational thing we’ve done as an organization.” I’ve worked with several non-profit organizations over the years, and agree with what Kristin says….they need to think more entrepreneurial.

Whether you’re in a for profit company, or a non-profit organization, this podcast will be of benefit to you and your leadership team as you look to move from where you are to where you want to be.
